Sunday, October 25
1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Event Code: SPE26
San Francisco Marriott - Yerba Buena Salon 7
Free Program!
Instructor: Tray Dunaway, MD
Patient’s have increasing demands and expectations from practices. In this session Dr. Dunaway will expand on the Service Excellence component in Healthcare Value to help staff and physicians sustain a culture of excellence. Providing not only the “why’s” of the importance of satisfaction, Dr. Dunaway will provide 30.5 “how’s” that you can take home and apply immediately to your practice as only an in-the-trenches-surgeon can with pointed insights, cutting edge ideas, barbed humor, and piercing perspectives to improve your practice. Objectives:
- Answering the critical question: “What is your business?”
- Differentiating “satisfaction” and “total satisfaction” in business success.
- 30.5 specific drivers of “patient satisfaction.”
A Web site address will be provided to access a free download of all 30.5 drivers at the conclusion of the program.
Seating is limited. This is a non-ticketed program, and free to all AAOE members.
