How closely do you partner with your physician or administrator on the important practice decisions? What types of decisions do you delegate to your administrator? If you are an administrator, what actions can you take to earn the trust of your physician(s)? Do you sometimes challenge your physician's recommendations?
In this interactive session, an ophthalmologist and his administrator will share their tips for successes who have cultivated strong team dynamics in their practice will share how this partnership has benefited their practice and overall professional satisfaction. In this session, participants will engage the “Administrator-Dr” team to discuss the issues, trends, and ideas involved in meaningful physician/administrator relationships. We'll cover these issues:
