Synopsis: This interactive course is designed to help an ophthalmic practice managers and doctors improve their HR skills. A seasoned panel of managers from Thomas Eye Group will present practical insights from the practice regarding staff recruitment, orientation, motivation, counseling, discipline and mentoring. This course will include role playing and provide practical HR forms.
Objectives: At the conclusion of the course, the attendee will:
