Registration has now closed for the fall Council Meeting and Surgery by Surgeons Forum, to be held in conjunction with the 2009 Joint Meeting. The fall Council meeting will be held Sunday, Oct. 25, in conjunction with the 2009 Joint Meeting. View schedule for the fall Council meeting.

Members who registered before Oct. 5 will receive their meeting materials (traditional paper format or on CD-ROM) via mail before the fall Council Meeting and Surgery by Surgeons Forum.

The Registration and Information Desk will open at 10:30 am on Sunday, Oct. 25, at the InterContinental Hotel (888 Howard Street).  Register onsite to attend the fall Council Meeting.

Note: Councilors are required to attend the Council meeting. If you are unable to participate, an eligible alternate councilor must attend the meeting in your place. Contact the Ophthalmic Society Relations office if you cannot attend this meeting.
