A minivitrectomy is a simple technique in the treatment of refractory pseudophakic malignant glaucoma. When conservative management with medical treatment, along with laser capsulotomy and hyaloidotomy, was not effective in pseudophakic malignant glaucoma management, the authors performed minivitrectomy via clear cornea. After incising peripheral cornea and iris with a super sharp stab knife, vitrectome probe was introduced into the eye and a limited irido-zonulo-hyaloido-vitrectomy performed. It is a very short and easy procedure; there is no need to touch the conjunctiva, and can be done by any eye surgeon comfortably.
