Goal, Audience and Objectives
Meeting Goal
To provide ophthalmologists with high quality, updated information to improve patient care in the fields of cataract, refractive and corneal surgery.
Target Audience
The intended target audience for this program is cataract surgeons, refractive surgeons, and general ophthalmologists, ophthalmologists in training and cornea and anterior segment fellows in training.
Program Objectives
This meeting will enable attendees to:
- Compare balanced information on the latest techniques, devices, drugs and innovations on cataract, refractive and corneal surgery.
- Describe how to recognize, manage, and avoid complications of refractive, cataract and corneal surgery.
- Describe and demonstrate details of surgical technique that can facilitate achievement of improved outcomes in patients undergoing refractive, cataract and corneal surgery.
