Housing and Registration
Registration
Preregistration has closed, but you can still register and purchase tickets onsite. If you preregistered between Aug. 27 and Sept. 30, you will need to pick up your badge and meeting materials onsite at Moscone North.

You can still book housing online. Or, you may view the Housing Map (PDF 246K) and Housing List (PDF 72K); and fax or mail the fillable Housing Form (PDF 150K) to Expovision.

The Academy does not permit attendance or participation by optometrists at any level in any educational activity at its Joint Meeting.

This registration category is not for employees of a registered exhibiting company. Those registrations are handled by the appointed meeting contact from your company. -

AAOE Coding Camp Fees
- Coding Camp is offered in two sessions this year. You may register for one or both.
- It is not necessary to register for the Joint Meeting in order to attend Coding Camp, as Coding Camps are separate meetings.
- Due to limited capacities, Coding Camps may sell out during the preregistration period. Any remaining tickets will be sold onsite on a first-come basis.
- Registration fee includes coding workbook and a morning or afternoon snack.

- Group registration processing fees will be assessed for all changes and badges will not be mailed in advance.

ASORN Annual Meeting
Join the American Society of Ophthalmic Registered Nurses (ASORN) at its 33rd Annual Meeting in the beautiful city of San Francisco. ASORN's Annual Meeting begins the morning of Saturday, Oct. 24 and continues through Monday, Oct. 26. Another outstanding educational program for nurses and ophthalmic personnel is planned with content ranging from basic to advanced levels. Join us for a variety of hot topics including a new educational track geared toward managers and networking opportunities! All ASORN sessions will be held at the Westin St. Francis Hotel. Nursing contact hours will be provided and JCAHPO credits will be requested. Onsite registration in San Francisco will begin the afternoon of Friday, Oct 23.
