Transscleral Choroidal Biopsy

Drs. Michael Heiferman and Chu Jian Ma perform a diagnostic transscleral choroidal biopsy in a patient who presented with a large amelanotic choroidal tumor with ultrasound features atypical of uveal melanoma. The biopsy confirmed a uveal melanoma, and the patient underwent enucleation, given the large size of the tumor.
