Logging In to Your Verana Quality Measures Dashboard
The Academy works with Verana Health, the exclusive end-to-end data, technology, and analytics partner for the IRIS® Registry, to support your participation in the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS).
Practices participating in the IRIS Registry for the first time this year will receive access to their quality measures dashboards from Verana Health. A Verana Health Practice Experience Manager will contact your practice with login information and training.
For practices that have yet to receive a quality measures dashboard from Verana Health or have problems logging in, contact your practice experience manager, email irisdatalink@veranahealth.com, or call 877.837.2621.
