    In this video, Sruti Akula, MD, gives a brief overview of orbital schwannoma, which presents with gradual unilateral proptosis, diplopia, extraocular muscle restriction, and optic nerve damage. Associated histology findings are biphasic and include Antoni A (spindle cells in palisades, Verocay body) and Antoni B (hypocellular, loosely arranged in myxoid stroma).
