In this video, Dr. Riley Sanders and Dr. Sami Uwaydat demonstrate the removal of an Ozurdex implant that migrated into the anterior chamber of a pseudophakic patient. A hydrated Ozurdex implant becomes friable, making it challenging to use intraocular forceps to manipulate the implant. Thus, they used controlled injection of a viscoelastic agent to displace and prolapse the implant through a corneal wound.
