    A young female patient presented with sudden painless diminution of vision in the right eye; examination showed visual acuity of 20/200 OD. The anterior segment showed the presence of relative afferent pupillary defect (RAPD) in the right eye. The fundus examination showed disc edema with preretinal hemorrhage nasally and temporally in the peripapillary area, with multiple choroiditis patches in the posterior pole and in midperiphery. The image was taken with a smartphone and a 20 D lens.
