Aniridia is associated with keratopathy due to limbal stem cell deficiency. Nearly 50% of patients with aniridia also present with glaucoma, usually developing before age 20; this glaucoma can often be relieved with a drainage device. Drs. Serhat Imamoglu and Ali Olgun present the case of a 13-year-old patient with both familial bilateral congenital aniridia and glaucoma who received a Paul glaucoma implant.
