    Haab’s Striae. Right eye (OD), Left eye (OS) respectively. Bilateral symmetric curvilinear corneal opacity (Haab's Striae, Descemet's tears OU). Concentric curvilinear parallel lines in visual axis (OD: horizontal/ OS: vertical). Hx of forceps delivery; No history of glaucoma; Normal IOP OU.
