    The image shows progressive iris atrophy. The patient's right eye had pseudopolycoria with broad peripheral anterior synechiae. Notes: A routine evaluation of a child revealed pseudopolycoria, along with broad peripheral anterior synechiae in the right eye and progressive iris atrophy in the left eye. It was likely a case of iridocorneal endothelial (ICE) syndrome.
