    Cornea/External Disease

The image shows central and peripheral cornea guttae in a case of Fuchs endothelial dystrophy on retroillumination. Notes: A 50-year-old man reported long-standing blurred vision in both eyes. The patient had a history of using spectacles but was dissatisfied with them. On slit-lamp evaluation, cornea guttae changes were seen bilaterally and were most likely the cause of his visual issues.
