    Pediatric Ophth/Strabismus

A 12-year-old girl presented with poor vision in both eyes. On examination, she had bilateral iris inferonasal colobomas with bilateral fundal colobomas. The iris colobomas were not complete and had some amount of bridging tissue between the 2 ends, which made them atypical and a rare presentation. There was no evidence of a lens coloboma. The fundal colobomas were reaching the margin of the optic disc but did not involve the macula. The patient’s vision improved when a high-power concave lens was introduced.
