    The Stocker line (arrow) is a distinctive line of conjunctival tissue that forms at the edge of the pterygium and is indicative of its progression. Notes: Definition: Stocker line is a pigmented or nonpigmented line of conjunctival tissue that appears at the margin of a pterygium. Clinical Relevance: The presence of a Stocker line can indicate the progression of a pterygium and may be used to assess the severity and impact of the condition. Diagnostic Significance: Observing and documenting the Stocker line can aid in diagnosing pterygium and differentiating it from other conjunctival lesions.
