Slit-lamp image of the iris in a case of pseudoexfoliation syndrome Notes: There is a 360-degree deposition of fibrillar material on the pupillary margin, and a 360-degree loss of pupillary ruff is seen, along with iris sphincter atrophy. Traumatic iris atrophy at 2 o'clock is also seen.
