Slit-lamp image of a sutural cataract with white opacities scattered in the cortex Notes: Sutural cataract refers to congenital lens opacities that affect the Y sutures of fetal lens nucleus. These cataracts do not affect vision and are usually very slow to progress or are non-progressive.
