Cataract/Anterior Segment
A 63-year-old female, who has no co-morbidities, presented with a cataract that exhibited sparkling colors, reminiscent of Christmas tree tinsel. Her vision, initially at 6/36, improved to 6/12 when tested with a pinhole. Upon conducting a dilated examination using a slit lamp, the cataract displayed multiple-colored reflections, a phenomenon known as a sparkling cataract
