Cornea/External Disease
A 35-year-old man presented with dimness of vision and photophobia that he had had for 6 months in both eyes. An AS OCT was performed. There was a lesion in the epithelium and superficial stromal layer. The patient’s condition was managed conservatively, and screening of other family members was advised.
