    Cataract/Anterior Segment

The patient came in with reduced vision in the left eye, which was identified as a case of Total Cataract. An Extracapsular Cataract Extraction (ECCE) was performed to address this. Post-operation, the image reveals an ECCE case with eight intact 10-0 Nylon buried sutures. The lens remained in place, and the patient experienced significant improvement in vision after the operation.
